Initial Consultation

We will start with a complimentary consultation at our showroom, where we will discuss your wish list for your new kitchen, learn more about your budget and style preferences, and make preliminary cabinetry selections.  During your consultation, we will discuss and agree on a design retainer to proceed with your custom design, portfolio, and specifications.  If you do not have plans from a builder or architect, we will schedule a follow up meeting at your home to take measurements. 

 

Custom Design

Once we have the needed measurements and preliminary selections, we will create your personal design portfolio including floor plans, elevations and realistic perspective views so you can see your design come to life.  We will also calculate the total price for the cabinetry, and estimates for countertops and installation as needed, based on the design we have created and your preliminary selections.

 

Design Presentation

At your second appointment, we will present your design portfolio and corresponding pricing.  We will go through the design in detail, answer any questions you may have, and discuss modifications and additional options.

 

Final Design and Contract

After you have thoroughly reviewed your design and any needed revisions have been completed, we will provide you with your final design and contract for approval.  A 50% deposit is needed to place your order.

 

Delivery and Installation

After your project has been ordered, we will keep you updated as we coordinate the delivery and installation of your cabinetry.  We provide a tentative delivery window based on the initial order acknowledgement from the cabinetry manufacturer.  Your projects remaining balance is due when the cabinetry is ready to be delivered.  If you have contracted our installation services, you may retain 10% of your balance until the installation has been completed.

 

Final Inspection and Photography

After installation is finished, we will thoroughly review all aspects of your project with you to verify it meets our quality standards and is complete.   Now, we are ready to photograph your beautiful new kitchen, and all that is left is for you to enjoy it!
